The procedure of having a telecommunication audit conducted is simple, all we need is access to copies of your latest telecom billing so that we can identify the telecom carriers that we need to contact so that a request can be made to have them supply copies of your Customer Service Records (CSR) and we will need any copies of telecom contracts that you have in place.

Hourly Project Management - this is where we estimate the total hours involved in the telecommunication audit and invoice you on a monthly basis until the telecom project is completed.

Per Bill Audited
- we establish a set fee amount based upon the amount of telecom billing to be audited.
